The Leicht küchen instead of solving the problems with your Leicht representative in Prague, Czech Republic, which you already know about, you blocked Facebook and deleted my comment.

However, this step does not make the problems go away.

We paid €50,000 more than a year ago and our kitchen is still not finished. The appliances were commissioned after 10 months (July 2, 2024) from the beginning of the kitchen assembly.

Your representation in Prague has no permanent employees! Three different craftsmen took turns in our kitchen. Finally, completely unqualified foreign-speaking workers, who were initially introduced to us as electricians, but later also started assembling the Leicht kitchen.

To this day, the kitchen is not arranged and still has many unfinished things such as the gaps between the cabinets are completely different, at least 0.5 cm (which is the maximum according to the standard) and at most 1 cm. The corners of the cabinets do not touch each other. One large cabinet piece sticks out into the space. There is battered paint on the cabinets, missing covers, a broken mechanism for the pull-out drawer, a proper built-in trash not supplied etc.

In addition, the Prague studio deviated from technical drawing and visualization in many things without informing us!

We do not have appliance warranty cards handed over from the kitchen studio, we do not have instructions for the appliances.
