We were looking for a sale on a specific new high end Miele oven and thankfully found quite a nice offer by Kerber (through kuechen-atlas.de). Being from Belgium (where we didn't even find any shops publicly offering this oven yet) and now having found an offer in Germany (while it wasn't a webshop) gave us some worries at first. Is this going to be safe and trustworthy, if so, how would transport be arranged and what is this going to cost for something as big and heavy as an oven, ... After contacting Kerber (Thomas) however, we got all our questions answered very fast and thorough. Thomas also found us a very affordable shipping method to Belgium and it was delivered in perfect state. Even afterwards when we had a doubt about a part of the oven, Thomas responded quickly with an explanation to our inquiry and the problem was solved. Even afterwards Thomas contacted us again to inform if all went well with the installation and if we were happy with the purchase. Having read all Kerber reviews before contacting and buying, I can honestly say we are perfectly happy with the service. It was excellent. Many local shops here in Belgium give much less service and support than Kerber. Thanks, Kerber !
